Chicago is also known as "the Windy City" because of its location on the banks of Lake Michigan. The weather in November can be pretty cold. Morning and evenings are almost always chilly, with an average high of around 47°F and a low of 32°F. Still, the wind coming from Lake Michigan makes the temperature feel even cooler! There's also a possibility of rain which can make it pretty wet and frigid, so it's important to pack appropriately. Regardless, November is one of the most popular months for tourists to visit the city due to its beautiful fall scenery.
